Camp Kodiak is an integrated, non-competitive summer camp serving children and teens with and without LD, ADHD, and high-functioning ASD. Our campers range in age from 6 to 18. Our program includes a SOCIAL SKILLS PROGRAM, an ACADEMIC PROGRAM and over 50 sports & activities. We build confidence and self-esteem by structuring all activities - athletic, artistic and social - to ensure success. Our staff includes teachers, psychologists, social workers, child & youth workers and recreation specialists. We provide small cabin groups and a 2-to-1 camper-to-staff ratio.
We are located 2.5 hours northeast of Toronto in the beautiful Parry Sound area. Our facilities include modern, lakefront, log cabins with full bathrooms and showers, 425 acres of land and 2.5 miles of shoreline. Our extensive indoor and outdoor facilities mean that the fun never stops, rain or shine. We are accredited members of the Ontario Camps Association and the Canadian Camping Association. Please visit us at campkodiak.com.
In 2007, at parents’ request, Club Kodiak was started for campers age 19 and over. In addition to our recreational, athletic and social programs, we offer our Club Kodiak guests a life skills program. Please see our Club web site, clubkodiak.com, for details.
